Home helpers also known as homemakers help clients maintain a clean and safe living space. A home helper can expect to tidy up the kitchen, put away food, empty the dishwasher, and wipe counter tops. Some other tasks include cooking, meal planning, and medication reminder. Other services we offer are laundry which is a common need as well and we are more than happy to assist with washing, drying, folding, and hanging laundry as needed. Taking out the trash and much more!

We understand that a lack of social interaction can lead to loneliness and increase the risk of depression for those who are elderly or disabled living alone. At G.A.C. Support Services we are focused on activities, and outings our clients can enjoy. Whether it's attending a church service, transportation to a hair salon/barbershop appointment, playing games, reading a book, going to the park, luncheons, shopping, or even spending a Friday or Saturday evening at Bingo, we will be there!
