G.A.C. Support Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated home care agency based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide non-skilled home care services to senior citizens, veterans, surviving spouses of veterans, those recovering from surgery, and new and expectant mothers. We also provide medicaid waiver services to individuals with disability such as Personal Support, Life Skills, Companion, Respite Care and more for the agency for persons with disability. Our direct care staff and caregivers provide the best services and cater to the specific needs of each client.
